We're Jess and Cole, the sibling co-founders behind SibSync Virtual Assistants. Growing up together in southern Maine, we spent years learning how to navigate life as siblings before becoming close friends and business partners. Today, that lifelong relationship is the foundation of how we work; with trust, open communication, and a shared commitment to helping others succeed.

At SibSync, we provide personalized virtual assistant support to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and growing teams who need help managing the day-to-day demands of running a business. • Proud mom of two amazing kids who are the center of my world and the reason I’ve mastered multitasking and surviving chaos.

• My husband and I love exploring new cities together, especially when it involves tracking down the best local coffee shops.

• Long walks in the sun and lifting heavy weights are my two favorite ways to reset; both for the body and mind.

Cole: 

• Creativity is my happy place! I love arts & crafts, board games, writing, brainstorming, and any excuse to think outside the box.

• My favorite kind of day is a beach day with my wife, Cape Cod chips, a good sandwich, my Kindle, and music playing in the background.

• Proud dog dad to Blue and JJ, two pitties who have perfected the art of being adorable and completely spoiled.
