Throughout the year, we may offer a limited number of internship, mentorship, job-shadowing, and project-based learning opportunities for students, emerging professionals, career changers, and individuals interested in exploring careers in marketing, communications, events, media, design, business operations, and related fields.

Internship Opportunities

Internships are designed for students seeking academic credit, practicum experience, senior project placements, or other educational requirements. Opportunities may be available for high school, vocational, undergraduate, and graduate students depending on scheduling, project availability, and organizational needs.

Mentorship & Shadowing Opportunities

Not everyone is looking for a formal internship.

For individuals interested in learning more about entrepreneurship, agency life, marketing, business ownership, nonprofit work, community leadership, or creative careers, we may also offer mentorship and job-shadowing opportunities.

These experiences are structured differently from internships and are intended for observational learning, professional development, career exploration, networking, and guidance rather than academic credit.

Depending on availability, mentorship opportunities may include:

• One-on-one conversations

• Office visits

• Event shadowing

• Marketing project reviews

• Career guidance

• Business development discussions

• Networking introductions

• Q&A sessions about entrepreneurship and agency operations

Application & Selection Process

Because opportunities are limited, interested individuals are asked to complete an application form outlining their interests, goals, availability, and areas they hope to explore.

Applicants may be invited to participate in an introductory conversation to discuss:

• Availability and scheduling

• Learning objectives

• Potential projects or experiences

Placement decisions are based on organizational capacity, project availability, scheduling considerations, and overall fit. While we are unable to accommodate every request, we enjoy helping students and professionals gain exposure to real-world business experiences whenever possible.
